This is a MUST HAVE! Try this recipe Saturday afternoon on the patio....
6 springs fresh mint
1 lime cut into 6 wedges
6 oz. pomegranate syrup (3/4 cup)
1 liter bottle sparkling water
Put a sprig of mint and lime wedge into each of 6 rocks glasses. Crush lightly to release the flavors. Pour 1 oz. of pomegranate syrup into each glass, and then fill each glass with ice cubes and sparkling water. Stir and serve.
