Baby Spinach with Mozzarella, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic.
1 ball of fresh pizza dough
1/2 c. pizza sauce...(you should come in and get the sauce by The Roving Stove)
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
3 c. fresh baby spinach
4-6 cloves of garlic peeled
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
roll dough out 8"-10"
spoon sauce on top of pizza sprinkle with mozzarella cheese....set aside.
in a small pot fill with salted water and boil to high heat. When boiling, add spinach and let cook for 1 minute. drain spinach and press between 2 sheets of paper towels to dry. Add wilted spinach to pizza along with the whole garlic cloves.
Bake for several minutes at a pre-heated 450. Turn in between for even cooking. Using a pizza stone will give you the best result.
Remove pizza from oven at desired crispiness...Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt and Parmesan cheese over top.
